How to become a member of ESSA?
ESSA full membership is open to salmon and trout smokers companies from Europe.
Observer status is granted to National Associations of smokers, packing stations of salmon or trout, smoked salmon and trout, farmers, traders, suppliers of machineries used in the industry, feed suppliers and retailers, NGOs.
